Kauai police have cleared the scene of a fatal crash on Kaumualii Highway in Puhi. Kaumualii Highway was shut down between Puhi Road and Kipu Junction from about 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Motorists are advised that traffic may be slow going in the area.
