Saint Marianne’s relic made a stop on Molokai before coming to Oahu

Four students from Saint Francis School, several Franciscan Sisters, and Molokai residents brought it to the Kalaupapa settlement.

The relic is now on its way back to Oahu.

It’ll be displayed during a mass at the Cathedral of our Lady of Peace in downtown Honolulu, beginning at noon on Sunday.

It will then be taken to Iolani Palace, for a celebration commemorating her canonization.

The event should wrap up by 4 p.m. and it’s free and open to the public.
