A 27-year-old Salt Lake man is accused of assaulting his wife and violating a 24-hour warning.
Honolulu Police say Jeremy Javillo assaulted his 21-year-old wife last Thursday and was issued a 24-hour warning.
He then posted bail and returned to his Salt Lake home where he allegedly abused his wife for a second time.
Javillo turned himself in Monday afternoon and was arrested for second-degree assault and 24-hour warning violation.
He has not been charged.
The case is pending investigation.
