NEW YORK (AP) – At least 17 people in seven states are dead and more than 7.4 million homes and businesses are without power from Superstorm Sandy. In New York City, a flooded neighborhood in Queens has lost between 80 and 100 houses in a fire that’s still burning. And in northern New Jersey, a levee broke, flooding the town of Moonachie. Authorities have evacuated some 1,000 people.
