Senate, House GOP strike deal to end DHS shutdown

WASHINGTON >> Senate and House Republicans announced an agreement today to move ahead as early as Thursday morning with legislation to reopen the Department of Homeland Security, resurrecting a bipartisan deal that President Donald Trump and the House GOP angrily rejected last week.
