The heavy rains prompted city officials to issue a brown water advisory for Kaneohe Bay.
More than 30,000 gallons of sewage water spilled into the bay Saturday night.
Crews managed to stop the flow and warning signs have been posted.
Officials also issued a brown water advisory from Waimea Bay to Haleiwa Beach Park.
