Governor Neil Abercrombie and his Coordinator on Homelessness Marc Alexander gave an update Sunday on the results on the progress made in the last 90 days in the long-term fight against homelessness and the goals ahead.
The 90-Day Plan, was launched on May 17, 2011. Monday, Aug. 15th marks the conclusion of it.
The Plan was designed to gauge what could be accomplished in a short time by bringing together government, community groups, nonprofits, community and faith-based organizations, businesses, shelter, and outreach services.
We’ll have more details on what was said at the conference tonight at 6 p.m.
