HONOLULU (AP) – Hawaii is to hold a public auction of property forfeited to the state or seized.
The attorney general’s office say the items to be auctioned Saturday include a Cadillac sedan, jewelry and electronics.
The seized and forfeited items were taken by law enforcement.
The times were either used in or acquired from criminal activities.
Employees and immediate family members of county police departments, county prosecuting attorneys’ offices and the attorney general’s office are not allowed to purchase forfeited property.
The auction is to be conducted by Rosen Auctions.
