Recent cloud cover over the state will slowly clear. The cloud cover is due to a disturbance that is slowly lifting north.
Showers should remain about normal. Nothing heavy expected this week, but windward and mauka showers will pass through at night.
Tonight and tomorrow will have partly cloudy skies with trade winds running 15-20 mph.
The surf forecast for tomorrow, south shores 3-5 foot faces, east and west shores 2-4 foot faces and north shore faces running 1-3.
In the extended forecast, trade wind weather is expected with ample sunshine and light windward showers.
