Suspicious letter causes brief scare at federal building

A suspicious letter was sent to the federal building in downtown Honolulu Tuesday.

Fire officials say police were called to check on an envelope with no return address on it.

Investigators checked for radiological, chemical or biological threats but results came back negative.
