An SUV hit a parked car and then flipped onto its side.
This happened just after 2 a.m. Sunday on Kuhina Street.
Officials say a 15 year-old boy was driving the SUV and witnesses said he was by himself in the vehicle.
He was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
