Honolulu police arrested a 14-year-old boy and 13-year-old girl in Kalihi on Monday after they were caught driving a stolen vehicle.
Police say the teens were involved in a motor vehicle collision. A responding officer made checks on the vehicle and discovered that the vehicle was stolen.
The teens were arrested and released pending investigation.
