A man accused of sex crimes against a child will be sent back to Texas to face the charges.
41-year-old Rodolfo Sanchez was arrested last Friday night in Mililani.
After he was indicted on the charges back in 2009, federal authorities say Sanchez moved to Hawaii and started a new life.
In agreeing to be extradited back to Texas, Sanchez told the court he was eager to defend himself against the charges.
