Nearly 20 trash bins in the Diamond Head area have not been emptied for several weeks, prompting volunteers to take matters into their own hands.
The bins are overflowing with trash, catching the eyes of visitors and locals.
Volunteers are doing their part by emptying the bins, but they say enough is enough.
