The city will remove a false Kamani tree on Kamehameha Highway near Likelike Highway Tuesday, April 17.
The work is expected to be completed by Wednesday, April 18.
Lane closures will occur in the curb lane, and intermittently in the center lane, to allow the contractor access to the tree and to safely complete the removal of its branches.
During the closure, motorists are encouraged to exercise caution and avoid Kamehameha Highway, if possible.
