The latest Fernanda forecast shows the tropical storm weakening to a remnant low by Sunday as it passes south of the Big Island. However, the moisture wrapping around to the north will likely bring tropical moisture over most of the state, bringing humid conditions Sunday into Tuesday. Increased rainfall with the tropical moisture will mainly affect the Big Island and windward Maui county as the trade winds push the moisture up the windward slopes.
