Tropical Storm watch canceled for Big Island as weakening Hilda moves west

Tropical Storm Hilda has picked up speed as it moves along a track that takes its center just south of the Big Island. Forecasters say there is a continued threat of heavy showers and flash flooding, and a Tropical Storm watch remains in effect for Hawaii Island.
