Two Kauai men face multiple charges after being arrested for stealing a goat, but that’s not all they’re accused of doing.
According to Kauai police, Ryan Winchel and Russel Ho’omanawanui, both of Kilauea, stole a three-year-old goat owned by Kauai Kunana Dairy last month.
Police say they disemboweled the goat which was four months pregnant, then stole it, leaving its organs behind.
The men were arrested for criminal property damage, theft, theft of a livestock and firearms offenses.
Both posted bail and were released pending court dates.
