UH football players pepper sprayed, tackled after allegedly fighting with police

Honolulu Police Officers had to pepper spray and tackle two University of Hawaii football players in an early morning scuffle. Kennedy Tulimasealii was naked when officers arrived at an apartment on McCully street just before 6 a.m.  Officers were there responding to an abuse call.
