Police say they located and arrested 30 year-old Robert Pacheco.
He was found Saturday at the Arby’s restaurant in Kailua.
Police say he was arrested and is awaiting charges.
Pacheco escaped from the Kaneohe facility sometime between 6:40 p.m. and 8:25 p.m. Thursday.
