UPDATE: Michael Glen Hubbard, 53, was charged with assault for allegedly assaulting an elderly man in a wheelchair.
His bail is set at $20,000.

A 70 year-old man in a wheelchair was assaulted Wednesday afternoon at a bus stop in Waikiki.
According to police, the 53 year-old suspect walked up to the older man and spat on him.
Police say the victim tried to defend himself and that’s when the suspect picked up a rock and threw it at the victim, hitting him in the head.
The suspect was arrested for assault.
