The body of a man reported missing was found around 7:40 Sunday morning at the bottom of Pali Lookout.
Leaia Siosefa Tuai, 45, was last seen Thursday in the Laie shopping center.
A spokesperson for Honolulu Fire Department said HFD crews were called to help with the search, after Tuai’s vehicle was seen near the lookout area Saturday.
A HFD rescue squad used a helicopter and found Tuai’s body. Crews airlifted him out.
The circumstances surrounding Tuai’s death are still unknown. Police are investigating and an autopsy is pending.
