UPDATE: Power restored to 4,000 in Punchbowl & Pauoa

Power was restored to 4,000 Hawaiian Electric customers in the Punchbowl and Pauoa area.

The power outage happened at 11:00 p.m. Thursday night.

No word yet on what caused the outage.
