The driver involved in a deadly hit-and-run in Kane’ohe has been charged.
Mark Salangdron, 31, was charged with negligent homicide, accidental death and terroristic threatening.
His bail is set at $250,000.
The 25-year-old passenger of the car, Elijah Kawai Aweau, is charged with hindering prosecution.
His bail is set at $150,000.
Saturday’s accident killed Matthew Fragas, who was hit at the corner of Kahekili Highway and Ahuimanu Place.
