The National Weather Service in Honolulu has issued a flood advisory for the island of Oahu in Honolulu County until 3:30 p.m. Friday HST.
Other locations in the advisory include but are not limited to: Waikele, Waipahu, Waipio, Ewa, Kunia, Kapolei, Mililani town, Barbers Point, Makakilo, Wahiawa, Whitmore Village and Schofield Barracks.
Stay away from streams, drainage ditches and low lying areas prone to flooding.
This advisory may need to be extended beyond 3:30 p.m. HST if heavy rain persists.
