When the University of Hawaii Football team hits the field in 2012, it will be without mascot Vili "The Warrior".
Vili Fehoko announced tonight that after 12 years with the program, he will be retiring from the Halawa sidelines to spend more time traveling with his family.
One of his sons, V.J., a Sophomore at the University of Utah has been named a starting Linebacker for the Utes.
Over the last 5 years, Vili has been "performing" for the University, free of charge.
