A shelter in Waianae is now sporting some bright and bold colors.
Volunteers with the Color Care Across America organization painted rooms at the Kahikolu Ohana Hale O Waianae Shelter.
It’s hoped the colors will have an uplifting emotional impact on the residents staying here.
The Benjamin Moore paint company spearheads the nationwide initiative along with the U.S. Conference of Mayors.
