Voting machines tested for November general elections

The general election is a little more than a month away and Saturday officials at the State Office of Elections tested the voting machines to make sure the ballots are counted correctly.

A reminder, Monday is the last day to register to vote. "Monday is the deadline for voter registration, however it is a federal holiday so we do encourage people to come to our office. It is not a state holiday, we are open for business," said Chief Election Governor, Scott Nago.

The general election will be held on Tuesday, November 6.
