A security guard of a condominium building in Waikiki is accused of stealing money from residents when they’re not home.
According to court documents, Lane Phongphila was indicted on charges of theft, burglary, forgery, and i.d. theft.
During September and October of last year, Phongphila allegedly went into two condos stealing residents identities, and forging checks in several amounts ranging from $300 dollars to 5,000 dollars.
A bench warrant has been issued for his arrest.
