The manager of the Waimanalo puppy mill is scheduled to be in court Monday morning for a bail hearing. David Lee Becker was extradited to O’ahu from Las Vegas on Friday. He faces 153 counts of animal cruelty. They are related to the conditions at the Waimanalo property that was raided last year.
