Warehouse fire unintentionally caused by workers

A fire that caused major damage to a warehouse at Campbell Industrial Park on November 29 was unintentionally caused by workers.

Officials say the workers were taking apart a car.

The sparks ignited gasoline vapors which started a fire that spread to a pile of tires then the warehouse.

Damage was estimated at $800,000.
