Governor Neil Abercrombie is holding a news conference at this hour to discuss the outcome of the ratification vote by Hawaii’s Public Teachers.
Members of the HSTA voted overwhelmingly to reject the six-year contract deal that had been reached between the State and the HSTA Union Board.
