Congresswoman Mazie Hirono greeted President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama as they arrived in Hawaii Friday night for APEC.
Hirono thanked the president for choosing Hawaii as the site for APEC.
She said APEC is critical in strengthening relationships with other economies.
