All westbound lanes are re-opened on Farrington Highway at St John Road after an accident.
Traffic was rerouted onto Manuulaulu St. while police investigated.
It happened after 6:40 p.m. Sunday.
Emergency officials say they took a 55-year-old male and a 52-year-old female to a local hospital, and one 68-year-old man to a trauma center. All patients were taken in serious condition.
The road re-opened around 9:25 p.m.
