A woman is dead on Maui after the jeep she was in plunged 25 feet off a cliff.
The accident occurred at 3:45 p.m. Monday on the Hana Highway, near Nahiku Road.
Police say the jeep was heading toward Hana when it went off the side of the road.
A man was also in the vehicle. He suffered injuries, but his condition is not known at this time.
Investigators are also not yet sure who was driving, or why the vehicle went off the road.
