Woman had TRO against Honolulu landlord accused of attempted murder

The 57-year-old woman attacked by her 81-year-old landlord Monday had a protective order in place when he allegedly tried to kill her with a “dangerous instrument” and tried to “choke her with a rope,” according to the Honolulu Police Department.
