"Yelp" is the online guide where users rate businesses.
"Yelpers" were encouraged to try out the different products from restaurants, spas and entertainment vendors.
They got to dine on sushi, take part in a photo shoot and body art, just to name a few — all for free.
“Basically people come to yelp to review these businesses and write about their personal experiences as customers. So these businesses are here to meet shoppers and share what’s great about their businesses in hopes that yelpers will come back and enjoy drinks, food, photo booths whatever it is that they’re serving up tonight,” said Emi Hart of Yelp.
Organizers expected over 800 people to attend tonight’s party.
If you want to join the 55 million yelpers around the world just log on to www.yelp.com.
