A $5,000 dollar reward is being offered by the Hawaiian Humane society for information leading to an animal cruelty arrest.
Yesterday.. volunteers from K-9 Kokua were called to help a dog found at Keaau beach park on the Leeward coast.
They took the dog to the Animal House Veterinary center…but say the injuries were so severe the dog had to be euthanized.
It’s believed the injuries came from dog fighting.
Volunteers have put up signs along the Leeward coast hoping to find the dogs owner.
