More than a dozen community organizations are benefiting from upgrades being done at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani.
The hotel gathered 42,000 pieces of linens, including bed sheets, duvets, and bed skirts. Plus 36,000 feather pillows.
The material will be given to certain non-profit and charitable organizations.
The property is being spruced up, so these linens worth nearly a million dollars had to go.
The hotel also recently donated fitness equipment to Kaiser High School.
