City says green bins will be collected at next pickup in 2 weeks

First it was the blue bins, now it’s the green bins.

If your green bin is still out on the curb and hasn’t been picked up as scheduled, wheel it back in.

The city wasn’t able to collect the green waste from some homes on Friday and Saturday and won’t pick them up till the next collection date in two weeks.

Eight of the garbage trucks in the Pearl City yard are still in the repair shop.

So that affects homes between Halawa and Kapolei.
