College Debt Plan To Help 2,000 Current Hawaii Students

President Barack Obama’s plan to make it easier for college students and graduates to manage their student loan debt will affect 2,000 current students and 9,000 borrowers in Hawaii, according to estimates from the Obama administration Wednesday.
