Police have shut down Kilauea Avenue between 18th and 20th Avenues due to a fatal car crash involving a single vehicle. Police say at least one person was killed in the accident. It happened just after midnight in front of the entrance to the parking lot of Kaimuki Middle School. Police have not released a description of the victim.
