FAA: Telecoms issue briefly slows Newark plane traffic again

WASHINGTON >> The Federal Aviation Administration was forced to briefly slow arriving and departing planes at New Jersey’s Newark Liberty International Airport on Sunday because of a new telecommunications issue, the agency said.
