New Jersey rail strike to end after three days, union says

New Jersey Transit trains will begin operating again on Monday after the agency reached a deal with striking rail engineers on wage increases, the engineers’ union said on Sunday, ending a three-day work stoppage that affected about 350,000 passengers.
