Letter: Power outages plague North Shore town

We in Waialua experienced two power outages Tuesday, adding to another four that occurred in the last 10 days. It was windy, but mostly sunny — the turbines at the Kawailoa Wind Farm were not spinning for much of the day on Tuesday.
