No charges for lifeguard who stopped career criminal in Waikiki

The Honolulu Department of the Prosecuting Attorney said it will not charge a 44-year-old city lifeguard who was arrested this week after stopping a man with 76 criminal convictions from harassing Kuhio beachgoers.
