No tsunami threat to Hawaii from magnitude 6.8 quake off Russia

There is no tsunami threat to Hawaii after a large 6.8 magnitude earthquake tonight off Russia in the same area of Tuesday’s 8.8 magnitude quake that generated a Pacific-wide tsunami, officials said.
