Letter: Tsunami alert on point, evacuation not so much

The tsunami alert broadcast timely information via media outlets, text notification and other means to effect evacuation, yet the movement of people quickly raised concerns about Oahu’s transportation infrastructure and coordination. I now expect that the “hot wash” discussion will be how all levels of government services can utilize the Incident Command System to better work together effectively during tsunami emergencies.
