Editorial: Make voice heard on City Charter

It’s time to remember the outrage felt by Oahu residents over exorbitant 64% pay raises for City Council members, enabled by a self-serving process. Or the disturbing power tussle between the mayor and Honolulu Police Commission over selection, and oversight, of Oahu’s police chief. Or the wisdom of creating more — or having fewer — city agencies to deliver public services.
