Well, it happened again. Like Lahaina in August 2023, a terrible natural disaster in rural Texas has left so many dead. A major sudden flood — long predicted, long a worry for some and long ignored by almost all people in state, county and federal government. It has given cable news many hours of video coverage of death and grieving.
